Professionally, Paul managed a large surplus lines agency in Texas where he led a team of agents and underwriters to sell high risk and specialty insurance policies.
At TrustedChoice, a public education platform of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Paul served as their VP of Agency Sales. He led efforts to optimize claim and optimize profiles, improving local visibility and digital lead capture for independent agencies.
